Our History
Poulin Construction is a general contracting company performing new construction and repairs/restorations. Our company was founded by Greg Poulin in 1996 because of his love for remodeling, restoring, and his desire to have a more hands on role in residential construction. Meet Greg Poulin
From an early age, Greg had a love for building houses and would spend his summers building tree houses in Maine, where he was born and raised. Greg began his career in construction in his teenage years building barns and fences. After attending the University of Maine, he moved to Florida where he began working in residential construction and concrete formwork for high-rises. After a decade of work in construction and remodeling in Florida, Alaska, and Virginia, Greg and his wife moved to Seattle where he worked for a large multifamily to commercial tenant improvement company for another 7 years. Because of his love for remodeling and restoring and his desire to have a more hands on role in residential construction, Greg founded Poulin Construction in 1996.
He enjoys living in in rural east King County with his two daughters and beautiful wife.
